Where to Begin
Getting started is simple — and entirely centered around you.
First, you’ll complete a short intake form so I can get to know you better: your goals, your movement history, any limitations or injuries, and what you’re hoping to receive from our time together. This gives me a clear picture of where you're starting and where you'd like to go.
From there, I’ll design a personalized practice plan — a series of sessions tailored specifically to your needs, schedule, and intentions. This plan outlines our path forward, offering a clear and supportive structure as you move toward your goals. It’s such an exciting step because we’re literally mapping out your unique journey of transformation.
Once you’ve had a chance to review the plan and it feels like a fit, we’ll get your first session on the calendar and begin your practice — one breath, one movement at a time.
