Yin-Yasa

Find the perfect balance between effort and ease in this yin-yasa workshop.

A fusion of two powerful disciplines, yin-yasa combines the dynamic, strengthening flow of vinyasa with slow, deeply held yin postures for a balanced practice that nurtures the body and mind.

Each attendee will receive a self-care “kit” to take home, encouraging them to further enhance overall well-being both on and off the mat.

Movement & Mandalas

Join Jess for a unique workshop blending mindful movement with creative expression.

We’ll begin by moving through a mandala yoga flow — a circular practice that fosters balance, fluidity, & meditation in motion — followed by a mandala-making workshop, using pressed flowers, other natural items, & our creativity.

In Buddhism and Hinduism, Mandalas are seen as a visual representation of the universe — their circular shape signifying interconnectedness of all things & the center point representing the core of existence.

We’ll use the process of making our mandalas as a form of creative ritual, shaping a tool for future meditations — a unique visualization of the cosmic order & our place within it.

Animal Flow

Get ready to move in a whole new way.

Animal Flow is a dynamic, ground-based movement class that draws inspiration from animal locomotion and primal movement patterns. Weaving together strength, mobility, and coordination through fluid, bodyweight sequences, Animal Flow challenges the whole body and how we think about movement.

Unlike traditional yoga, Animal Flow doesn't keep us confined to a small space. Instead, you’ll explore movement beyond the mat.

Expect a sweaty, playful, and empowering experience that builds functional strength, sharpens your focus, and leaves you feeling energized and connected to your body in a whole new way.
