Meet Jess

Jess (she/her) is an eager student and devoted teacher that believes challenges we face on the mat help us navigate life's lessons off the mat. Her classes aim to inspire strength, curiosity, and introspection — encouraging students to grow in a space without expectations or self-limiting beliefs. Plus, her playlists are killer.

Jess completed her 200-hr certification at Troy City Yoga under the guidance of Abbe Ciulla, where her practice evolved into a purpose. Her training ignited a fascination with how the philosophy of yoga shows up in our modern practice, forging an inclusive and invigorating teaching style. She has also completed various trainings and immersions in reiki healing, and other movement styles such as animal flow and awakening yoga.

Jess is also certified in Adult First Aid/CPR/AED and holds a Bachelor's Degree in English, Professional Writing & Communications from UMass Boston.

Her perfect class? A sweaty, creative flow that incorporates fluid transitions, functional movements, and an unforgettable dharma talk.
